Horrible car wash from top to bottom.Canceled my membership.If you take your car here it will look worse.Staffing is a bunch of kids who don’t care.The actual car wash itself is horrible.Leaves scratches all over your car.Better off just taking your car to get washed at a gas station.

Interior Cleaning not available always. No Staffing. Take your Membership money every month , No excuses. Invest in an hiring event or Staffing service. Definitely canceled 😞

Canceled my membership, but they continued to charge me. Called customer service & was told I needed to contact the local car wash. No number listed for it & they didn't respond to an email. I tried actually going to the car wash, but was told a manager was not there and I would have to return at a later time. They couldn't tell me when though. I guess I will file fraud charges with my bank.
Cancelled service due to damage then they failed to stop charging my card, said can't issue refund since it was used. Liars. Don't know what's going on in Cornelia but you have some serious integrity issues.
Tidal Wave has damaged quite a few cars in Cornelia, GA and their profitability consultant likes to call to determine whether he will take care of the damage caused by their malfunctions or simply state you agree to the possibility of damage. From the amount of people that have told me their vehicle was damaged, I will never return.

I had to put my truck in park to start it, the old guy thought it was a good Idea to chew me out!!! Don't recommend there customer service!
Absolute trash they scratched the hell out of me and the ole ladies cars and not just 1 but multiple fresh scratches even the rims and when mentioned they said it was already there………. Okay maybe on mine but hers had 300 miles on it without a scratch on anything (I drove it to and from work so I should know)

Must be in cahoots with body shops brush dirt into paint before wash when entering, wash brushes to radical against vehicle and didn’t clean well on body and tire shine only made it on 1/4 of tire I will stick with other wash houses

We safely wash thousands of vehicles daily, but there are are some vehicle features that can present a problem. The shark fin defect is in the mounting fastener, as they only penetrate the vehicle surface with as little as 1/8th of an inch threads, which is a very precarious attachment that is apt to blow off with application of water or air from dryers.
