Something inside the wash is always broke. The last time I went the spotless water wash wasn’t working. I still had soap all over the truck and then the blowers came on. I went and talked with the guys and they told me to go back through the wash. There was about 15 cars in line. They never fix or maintain their equipment. I’ve had membership ever since they open. Been thinking about changing to quick quack

Pulled up to the location and said they can’t wash a truck like mine cuz of my light bar and mudflats… hmmmm kinda stupid if ya ask me. Never been there before and they just opened today. I’ll take my money elsewhere I can see they already have bad reviews from the ones before..

Horrible car wash from top to bottom.Canceled my membership.If you take your car here it will look worse.Staffing is a bunch of kids who don’t care.The actual car wash itself is horrible.Leaves scratches all over your car.Better off just taking your car to get washed at a gas station.

Interior Cleaning not available always. No Staffing. Take your Membership money every month , No excuses. Invest in an hiring event or Staffing service. Definitely canceled 😞

Canceled my membership, but they continued to charge me. Called customer service & was told I needed to contact the local car wash. No number listed for it & they didn't respond to an email. I tried actually going to the car wash, but was told a manager was not there and I would have to return at a later time. They couldn't tell me when though. I guess I will file fraud charges with my bank.
Cancelled service due to damage then they failed to stop charging my card, said can't issue refund since it was used. Liars. Don't know what's going on in Cornelia but you have some serious integrity issues.
Tidal Wave has damaged quite a few cars in Cornelia, GA and their profitability consultant likes to call to determine whether he will take care of the damage caused by their malfunctions or simply state you agree to the possibility of damage. From the amount of people that have told me their vehicle was damaged, I will never return.

I had to put my truck in park to start it, the old guy thought it was a good Idea to chew me out!!! Don't recommend there customer service!
Absolute trash they scratched the hell out of me and the ole ladies cars and not just 1 but multiple fresh scratches even the rims and when mentioned they said it was already there………. Okay maybe on mine but hers had 300 miles on it without a scratch on anything (I drove it to and from work so I should know)
