Recommendedin williamsburg, this is a very bad car wash, not to mention that it is not clean either. when i went a second time, they cracked a large portion of my windshield. the wash not only did not provide compensation, nor did it provide reasons and evidence for non-compensation. i hope you can learn from my mistakes and choose to consider whether you want your car to go home safely before going here.

Luckily I had a gift certificate for the highest price wash. The boy before the wash brushed some suds on half of the passenger side windshieldand one tire. I had to get out and remove my antenna. Poor job
RecommendedBut I can’t afford to go there much because I don’t have the money to pay $25 for an outside wash even though it comes with all the things such as the tire wax ,hot wax and about 6 other services!!!! I just ain’t got it like that and by the way,what happened to the $29.99 price per month??!!! Do not recommend, went tonight after a road trip to clean bugs off windshield and overall car cleaning. Bought top package, no mirror rinse or air freshener as advertised, and bug prep didn’t do much as windshield still incredibly dirty after. Will try somewhere else as this definitely wasn’t worth $25.

Like everything else in Sumter, SC the Tidal Wave Auto Spa is very slow and needs an adult to monitor the employees here. The bug prep is non-existent- don’t waste ur money on the ceramic sea gloss wash because they don’t get the bugs off your grill to begin with! Expect to spend a long time in the line! I like the Tidal Wave car wash in Augusta and Lawrenceville, GA but this one is the WORST I have ever been to!
Terrible customer service. No help at the local store any changes to your account have to be made through the corporate office. When contacting the corporate office you get stuck in a call queue or 20+ minutes and then hung up on. I tried this on three separate days. I would strongly discourage anyone from getting a membership here unless you plan on continuing to pay even after you are trying to freeze your account.
