Drove Toyota Sequoia through the wash bay. The brushes Folded the mirrors forward also ripped off sunroof visor… They filled out accident report on the visor was unable to replace it because it is not a factory part I do not recommend anyone using this car wash from personal experience during the free trial run.

I signed up for their monthly program and told them I needed to cancel when I was going to be out of town for an extended period of time. I checked my credit card and they continued to charge me, after I had gone to the business, talked to the manager and was told they would cancel. Then they would only offer me a partial refund and said I would have to call customer service if I wanted the full refund. They cheat you any way they can. STAY AWAY FROM TIDAL WAVE.

This company signed me up for a monthly membership without my approval. I used the car wash once and told the attendant several times I did not want to be signed up for a membership. He must've used his cell phone number to sign me up because the phone number on the account they created was not mine! 🤬

Over priced and doesn't clean your vehicle. The vehicle looks worse after you got through the car wash than it does before.

Do not wash your car here I repeat, DO NOT wash your car here unless you want scratches and swirl marks. I just bought a brand new Hyundai and I got a membership because it would be convenient for me as a single mom to easily get my car washed and cleaned. I have only washed my car here and my car is kept in the garage. I have several spots on my car that are scratched paint and black plastic. Please do not use this business. They are thieves. After cancelling our monthly subscription they proceeded to continue to charge our card for over $800. Their owner is Scott Blackstock-call him

Inconsistent results. Sometimes they will spray the side of your truck, sometimes not, sometimes one person will spray one side, and no one sprays the other. Machines sometimes rinse your car clean, others it comes out with soap still on one side or covered in water drops. Sometimes the machines will totally stop while you are in the tunnel and may or may not finish everything when they fire back up. I don't recommend. if you get the membership they have no way to cancel unless the manager does it.(they pretend) Then the manager saids he has to have a receipt when we were charged anyway. The day we went they acted like they didn't know how. the long haired girl went and got the manager which said he did it. I asked if there was any other way to cancel. they told me no.
