There is no use in typing it again .if anybody wants to know the truth about the middleboro store you can find my comment under another woman’s comment jessica coots the management there is useless when you have a concern about buying a totaled car off of them and no I hate to bash a business but sometimes the truth just hurts

I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot from Middlesboro lot in March. Only to find out after I was denied a car fax and assured it was in excellent condition. That it had been wrecked and flooded. Frame is bent, rims and several other parts rusted. As well as the bumper is mangled underneath. Several parts have been replace and in a poorly manner. I talked to the manager there Jonathan Mills was offered basically nothing he handed me off on some young punk sales rep that could careless. 🚫 stay clear!

Bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler from Tim short dodge in Middlesboro. The rock rails on the passenger side are missing 3 bolts that reinforce them. Go to the service department and they want to charge me for them lol. They aren’t expensive at all, it’s just the principle of it. Sales department are great. Service department needs an overhaul!!
Let me tell you about my experience with this Tim short I will never ever ever buy a car off them again. First off I took my car down there and had them look at it very nice camaro was supposed to be payed off from my other loan no they added 5,000 somehow and hid it in the paper work.. second I bought a 2015 Silverado was told it was a v8 (should have looked into it more my fault don’t trust somebody you know) (randy buck) got it home it was a v6... also bought extended warranty and the whole computer system went out of th... read more
The service department is a JOKE. I brought my Jeep in on the 7th to have it looked at, they fixed the axle which only solved part of the problem on Wednesday. They still haven’t figured out what else could be making the noise that it is. I stopped by there this evening and they told me I could take it home and just drive it until the problem gets worse🙄
I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 from them. So were to start, the day before I schedule a test drive with a guy that worked there. The day I showed up he wasn't there and the car wasnt ready to be seen.So come to find out the car I wanted to buy wasn't even there because it was a loaner car.
