Just read these reviews. I was told this was a fixed rate simple interest loan that could be paid off at anytime. Just like every other review, this turns out not the case. When I tried to pay off my $5000 piece of equipment 3rarly they want me to pay nearly $14000. They are crooks and please warn anyone NOT to do business with them!!!

I feel very baited by their tactics. We purchased a freezer from a company on that company's website it showed a payment amount. When we received the documents from TimePayment the payment amount was the same! However their term was different apparently. It was my fault for not doing the simple calculation of payment x months due. It wasn't until after they took our first payment which was for more than shown on our paperwork did I review the paperwork again only to realize we will be paying almost DOUBLE for the equipment. ... read more

I submitted a letter by fax to cancel my service 7 months ago and they still bill me. It is a real problem and needs to be resolved immediately.

This is a very deceptive Company, they send you an agreement and never disclose that the insurance you provide them has to meet their specific requirements. I have *** ***** insurance and I have never had anyone reject one of their binders, but it has been rejected by Time Payment and they want me to buy their insurance at an extraordinary Higher price. Had I known this prior to the agreement I would never have gone with them. I am terminating the agreement and returning the equipment, My Lawyer has been contacted,
