I have had nothing but trouble with this company. When I call to ask questions, no one has any answers. They will attempt to get answers, to no avail. I have been dealing with this for 6 months, and still no answers. You say call customer service, I do, and they are the ones with no answers. I leave messages for the supervisor, and he does not call me back. I ask for his supervisor and they refuse to send me to a different supervisor. I will never use this company ever again. As soon as my contract us up, I am out of here.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a scam. A representative saying they were from ******** **** came out and sold us a system, turns out in the fine print- we were signed up to time payment Corp. The entire time we have had this service has been a nightmare. The phone service and equipment do not work properly. Now in order to switch to a real service they are saying we have to pay a 7k contract. Every time I ask for a manager I get put on hold and no one answers! Entered a contract with western *** **** ************* which is now closed down after all the bull **** scams and couldn’t get out of the contract after I found out I was being scammed for money time Corp must of had a agreement with this company they need to be shut down are far as I’m concerned scam company’s only deal with time Corp to steal money from hard working people !

This company needs to be fined and taken out of business, their contracts are outrageous I’m paying like 300% interest on an AC that was supposed to only cost me $3,900 now according to them I will have to pay $10,000 . I’m hiring a lawyer to deal with this matter but I’m still very upset nobody deserves to be scammed this way. TimePayment Corp says that we have an unpaid balance on equipment we supposedly leased from them. We have never done business with them. They say they have a signed contract with us but after numerous requests have failed to produce said contracts. We get harassing phone calls from them, and bogus bills in the mail. LEAVING A -101% RATING ... NO DOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS!!! RIP OFF, YOU LEASE A MACHINE THAT IS 7500 AND END UP PAYING 14000 PLUS IF YOU WANT TO BUY IT ANOTHER 1500 OR SO TO OWN THE MACHINE!! I would of given them a 5 star rating, they were easy to deal with, no issues. Here we are now, phone call out of the blue that our account is in collections, Zero emails, zero phone calls, zero mail from you, yet during the whole lease you kept contact, none of our info has changed. Seems like a shady way to do business, and your sub par website doesn't give consumers any way to check ballence and payments. I might recommend looking else where for equipment lending.

Don't ever use this company to finance anything! I purchased a golf cart and ended up with TimePayment only because I didn't want to have a higher payment and was told I could pay it off early and there wasn't an early payoff penalty. Then I find out they need a copy of the insurance covering the golf cart or they add it on. That wasn't a problem. Emailed them the dec page twice without ever receiving an acknowledgment from them.
