TimePayment Corp says that we have an unpaid balance on equipment we supposedly leased from them. We have never done business with them. They say they have a signed contract with us but after numerous requests have failed to produce said contracts. We get harassing phone calls from them, and bogus bills in the mail. I would of given them a 5 star rating, they were easy to deal with, no issues. Here we are now, phone call out of the blue that our account is in collections, Zero emails, zero phone calls, zero mail from you, yet during the whole lease you kept contact, none of our info has changed. Seems like a shady way to do business, and your sub par website doesn't give consumers any way to check ballence and payments. I might recommend looking else where for equipment lending.

Don't ever use this company to finance anything! I purchased a golf cart and ended up with TimePayment only because I didn't want to have a higher payment and was told I could pay it off early and there wasn't an early payoff penalty. Then I find out they need a copy of the insurance covering the golf cart or they add it on. That wasn't a problem. Emailed them the dec page twice without ever receiving an acknowledgment from them. Customer service is not helpful and almost seems incompetent. Several of their agents have no understanding of Timepayment’s processes and policies and are not equipped to assist customers in a meaningful way. Amanda & Angie, specifically, need some re-training as to the buyout process and how it works. I don't understand how BBB can accept all this horrible reviews and have A star rating.This company is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. I signed an equipment lease contract and they requested that I provide a certificate of insurance. There was not a specified amount of insurance that was needed. I called the person I bought the equipment from and he provided a value of the equipment. I provided TPC with a certificate of insurance for the equipment. A month later I get a notice that they are charging me $40 a month for lack of providing adequate proof of coverage. I don't think I can even leave a rating, but they tell you that you must! This company totally ripped off my 86 year old Father and is continuing to do so! They take advantage and exploit the elderly, disadvantaged, and disabled. I have seen them do the same to my dear friend who is mentally and physically challenged! I won't go into the details, but my situation is exactly like all the other commenters. This is a rip-off company. I'm sorry I ever got mixed up with them. BUYER BEWARE. Do WHATEVER you have to NOT to use this company. Take out a loan from your local bank. It would be MUCH easier, faster, cheaper, friendlier..... need I say more???? BTW, I can't understand why BBB gives them an A+ rating?? What's that all about???????
