I signed an equipment lease contract and they requested that I provide a certificate of insurance. There was not a specified amount of insurance that was needed. I called the person I bought the equipment from and he provided a value of the equipment. I provided TPC with a certificate of insurance for the equipment. A month later I get a notice that they are charging me $40 a month for lack of providing adequate proof of coverage. I don't think I can even leave a rating, but they tell you that you must! This company totally ripped off my 86 year old Father and is continuing to do so! They take advantage and exploit the elderly, disadvantaged, and disabled. I have seen them do the same to my dear friend who is mentally and physically challenged! They will not work with you one bit. They say they will and ask you for information, then turn around and tell you that what you have given them is what they need. Ridiculous! I won't go into the details, but my situation is exactly like all the other commenters. This is a rip-off company. I'm sorry I ever got mixed up with them. BUYER BEWARE. Do WHATEVER you have to NOT to use this company. Take out a loan from your local bank. It would be MUCH easier, faster, cheaper, friendlier..... need I say more???? BTW, I can't understand why BBB gives them an A+ rating?? What's that all about???????

I wish it was possible to leave a 0-star review for this company. The "salesman" for this company came to us when we were in search of a credit/debit card machine for our business and repeatedly told us (three witnesses) that this was 100% cancellable if we didn't like the product. The day we tried to cancel it they informed us that it was a 45-month nonnegotiable contract and that we could pay them ~$10,000 to buy out our contract. No customer service at all real rude and for you to end a contract each time you call they tell you a different balance is a joke dont recommend this company a lot of tricks to steal to make you pay more money they talkto clients with no profesionalism no education regret doing bussiness with them is been a nightmare

This company is a rip off if you finance through them. They don't tell you what the interest rate is. My husband financed 13,000 with them and pays 3 times the amount not understanding how they did business. Now he owes way more than the 13,000. even after paying a year on the loan. DO NOT USE this company!!

This company is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely worst customer service EVER. You cannot get a straight answer from anybody and everything is always being held up by their legal department. My equipment was never received because the vendor never had it in stock. Luckily this was my warning sign to cancel my agreement which I did. Over a month later I am still trying to get my refund for my initial payment and fees. Every time I call I get a different excuse. Hidden fees that are not listed. Was told they paid sales tax and now I have to. I have the invoice from the company I got my lift from. They don’t charge sales tax out of state. And with my tax number supplier said I wouldn’t have to pay tax anyway. Also saying that I have to pay property tax on it. They refuse to turn over any proof that they paid tax on it or proof that they paid property taxes. Then charging a fee for taxes and a $10.00 PER MONTH fee to send you a bill. Never and never lease equipment with this company. Misleading customer with equipment price. ******** ***** with smart chip reader only cost $125 on ****** and they tell customer that equipment cost over $3000. Scam company like this should not do business.
