I have 2 lease agreements with TimePayment and will never do business with them again, nor will anyone I associate with in the industry. We discussed terms that included a $1 buyout at the end of the lease, however was just informed that I will have to pay fair market value for the lease at the end of the terms, which will cost me thousands extra. This company is a fraud. They allowed my father to obtain a loan in my corporation name without my knowledge or approval. They did not do their due diligence in obtaining proof from him that he is a member of the corporation, which he is NOT! Now they are threatening my corporation with a lawsuit and negative marks on the corporation’s credit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

This is a SCAM as I was contacted my **********lending and that's who I thought I was entering into the loan with however it turned out to be TimePayment Corp. ********** told me my loan was a certain amount for xx months so I agreed to it. However, when I get my first payment notification the payment goes up $100 as timepayment says it is due to taxes. I asked how is that and they told I should've read the fine print under the payment form. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

SCAM! I PURCHASED equipment from another company via Time Payment. I paid well over the original principal already and was told that to pay it off it would be another $2k. On top of that I was told that that would only pay off the lease and I would have to purchase the equipment again after that. Do not work with this company.

This was the worse company ever to deal with! They find ways to charge you extra each month. Example say they never received your insurance binder, then when you prove them wrong they don't pay you back! They cant keep good records at all and the people they have working for them have no idea what they are doing. If you have to lease a piece of equipment Don't do it from these guys, you will end up paying 2 to 3 times what it's worth!

I know its our fault for signing such a ridiculous contract with this company but we were desperate to get a welder for our business but really this company should be shut down they prey on companys with no cash flow and cant get small business loans which dont exist but once my acct is paid off im not EVER stooping low enough to pay 10 times the amt for a welder, live & learn i hope they go out of business

Absolutely awful! It’s all apart of a larger scam. They have changed my monthly payments so many times without notifying me. They are truly an awful business and I’m so sorry I ever got involved with them.

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. When I call to ask questions, no one has any answers. They will attempt to get answers, to no avail. I have been dealing with this for 6 months, and still no answers. You say call customer service, I do, and they are the ones with no answers. I leave messages for the supervisor, and he does not call me back. I ask for his supervisor and they refuse to send me to a different supervisor. I will never use this company ever again. As soon as my contract us up, I am out of here.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is a scam. A representative saying they were from ******** **** came out and sold us a system, turns out in the fine print- we were signed up to time payment Corp. The entire time we have had this service has been a nightmare. The phone service and equipment do not work properly. Now in order to switch to a real service they are saying we have to pay a 7k contract. Every time I ask for a manager I get put on hold and no one answers!
