Horrible customer service. Can not get through about overpayment nobody knows anything.

They charge almost $40 each time your credit card is declined. Add little fee's that they do not disclose in your contract. They just put in fine print you might get misc. fee's on certain things. They charge me extra for property taxes that I already pay to the government. I think they are an extremely unethical company. Stay far away from them unless you want to lose a lot of money.

We are a merchant that has been doing business with Time Payment for three years now and have never had an issue. On Thursday 3/26/20 we had two different customers apply and get approved for lease payment. It is important to note that we are in a Corona Virus hot zone here in the Poconos with strict stay at home orders. One customer had no hot water and the other had no heat. This place is the worst company in the world . I was told to make sure I pay off within a year and no interest. The lady that sold it to me said do not worry about the payment it is going towards the machine . They are liars and now they want to charge $10,000 for a $2500 machine. All the money I sent was not going to the machine. They DO NOT tell you the truth when purchasing .

They provide you with scam artists as sales reps, they cheat, they lie and I have been forced to pay monthly installments on a computer that does not even work. My advice is to not even listen to the sales reps and send them back out the door. I am forced to leave a star for this review but they do not even deserve one. Pamela *

Getting information from this company is hard. You get different answers and they don’t tell you at the end you have to buy out to finish your purchase. I worked in payday loan industry and this is FAR worse than any contracts I’ve seen. The initial sales rep was a arrogant fast talking man I should have seen the warning signs then. Do not get this loan!!!

14 months ago I went into a rental agreement with TP,they stated they need a copy of my insurance declaration of proof that the equipment was covered in case of a loss,I sent that to them via my insurance and 14 months later I'm still paying them extra for their insurance, I've sent numerous copies to them with no resolve.I spoke to customer service about this and they say no forms were recieved,I had my insurance fax them copies and still no resolve.The woman at customer service is rude and gives to shits less about the pro... read more

Terrible company with terrible fine print. They should be ashamed of themselves and the way they do business. I was told if I paid my total amount in 12 months there would be no additional charges. I am going on year two and have paid nearly triple what my item was worth but I needed it in a pinch. Shame on this company as I now am nearly homeless because of them.

I trusted the company that I was buying from but ended up it was financed by these scam artists! My payment is always higher due to "taxes" or no insurance even though my insurance agent has sent it numerous times.
