called to talk to some one about my bill and they answered and said I need to talk to my account manager was on hold for an hour and never talk to anyone. This place is horrible and like another person said on their review THIS COMPANY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING. Don't use this company if you are trying to get ahead.. Loan sharking at its best!!

Terrible customer support and terrible business to work with. We used them for a purchase of an ice machine four years ago. Our lease came down to two months to the end. We were offered to buy it and so we did. We were paid in full and were sent a confirmation email stating no more payments will be made, paid in full. I approached ********** regarding buying a $1,995 camera and they processed a financing application through a company called ***********Financial at their suggestion. It was always supposed to be a typical loan and every discussion we had was it was treated as such. Every email and conversation we had references it as such. Very disappointed with this company. I’ve done business with them in the past and never had any issue. Would not recommend them to anyone or would I ever use them for financing ever again. Terrible customer service. My business closed due to the pandemic and they still continued to bill me and charge me late fees, processing fees, and bank fees. Even after talking to a representative about my current situation. They simply do not care.

Horrible company who nickels and dime you to death! They are like the budget airline who charges you for extra silly stuff like a glass of water,etc. These guys charge for paper billing $10 per month, and charge for taxes that are not even applicable. They collect it from you and then do not pay the taxing authority. They bill well in advance of when their service is provided and then will call, call, call you to death if you are one second late or whether you owe them $8, $2 or even 10 cents! I was late on a payment due to the covid 19 shutting down my buisness. I went to pay it and they charged me a late fee greater than my monthly payment, 195$. Then filed a credit report that hit me for almost 100 points. They are nothing but loan sharks with no human compassion.

Miss communication on their behalf. Took advantage of overcharging and they never fully communicated with me on the aspect. As well as customer reps dont know if they bill on the back end of the month or the front in.

They charge almost $40 each time your credit card is declined. Add little fee's that they do not disclose in your contract. They just put in fine print you might get misc. fee's on certain things. They charge me extra for property taxes that I already pay to the government. I think they are an extremely unethical company. Stay far away from them unless you want to lose a lot of money.
