Dinner and bowling with the entire family. PRO: The food was good and the servers were always available. They did a fantastic job. CON: My concern was the cost. I called to reserve a bowling lane, but I only got a recording which prompted me to make the reservation on the website. I did as instructed and paid $70 per hour booking this way. We saw Indiana Jones in theater 2. The numbers on the seats are worn off. People had trouble finding their seat. The chairs are so old. The bathrooms were very dirty. We could not get popcorn and a drink because the lines were so long.

Movie theater: chairs are comfortable but they need to deep clean, the cup holders are gross. The worst part is it smelled like someone had vomited, we were in theater 3. I didn't read all the reviews however I did see one from a few months back that also mentioned an odor, saying it smelled like puke. That review didn't specify which theater but there's obviously cleaning and odor issues they need to deal with.

racist ppl I've always been a good customer ! tipped well they had a new bartender and just because she did not like I went to management above her she called cops and got me to be removed from bar so I flipped her off and they treated me like a criminal which I'm not they did this shit in front of my kids which my kids did not see they flip off but still for no reason she was being really rude, cops waited until I got outside putting kids into car before they decided to charge me for that ! this girl when I first came in ha... read more

Been coming to Times Square since long before Grand Slam Today, the carpet and floors are filthy and the theater smells like puke. What has happened? Used to be a super consistent great experience. This place has gone downhill!

The games were fine but the service was not. I went in to redeem my tickets and was approached head on with another customer about Hannah, the cashier, being in a tizzy and throwing a fit in front of customers. I understand being overwhelmed but what I don't understand is being rude to customers. I was snapped at because their prices on their products were incorrect. The managers here are dumb. They won't let people use their GOVERNMENT issued paper I.Ds for drinks because they want the Hard copy. Even an underage kid can make a hard copy fake ID so what does it matter. Law is, I. D if they look under 30, and they say " we iD evEn iF yOu LoOk 60" head as. I literally used to come here all the time and they know who I am and how old I am and started acting like that I don't wanna come back here again.

We were the only ones in restaurant and we had to keep asking for refills and she seemed put out ... the loaded fries are definitely not as good as they used to be or maybe when they actually cared or tried but gross The only part we enjoyed tonight was laser tag and tic tac toe bball game

Not worth your money to go somewhere where there is no respect for keeping a location clean and doing anything about people talking over the movie.
