The games were fine but the service was not. I went in to redeem my tickets and was approached head on with another customer about Hannah, the cashier, being in a tizzy and throwing a fit in front of customers. I understand being overwhelmed but what I don't understand is being rude to customers. I was snapped at because their prices on their products were incorrect. The managers here are dumb. They won't let people use their GOVERNMENT issued paper I.Ds for drinks because they want the Hard copy. Even an underage kid can make a hard copy fake ID so what does it matter. Law is, I. D if they look under 30, and they say " we iD evEn iF yOu LoOk 60" head as. I literally used to come here all the time and they know who I am and how old I am and started acting like that I don't wanna come back here again.

We were the only ones in restaurant and we had to keep asking for refills and she seemed put out ... the loaded fries are definitely not as good as they used to be or maybe when they actually cared or tried but gross The only part we enjoyed tonight was laser tag and tic tac toe bball game

Not worth your money to go somewhere where there is no respect for keeping a location clean and doing anything about people talking over the movie.

My god you will not go to a more awful place. Theater smells awful customer service in theater is worse and they could care less. Bowling customer service is a step up but just a bunch of kids standing around talking or on their phones. Oh and the arcade god oh mighty if a machine breaks god for bid a kid gotta get off their bottoms and work. Don't let kids take to long trying to figure out what lil you they can get after spending 100 bucks in those machines. So many people applied for this jobs that has a lists of task... read more

Came to see a movie. Showed up early to grab a bite at the restaurant/bar. Felt like we were putting them out. No one wanted to wait on us. Just bad service!

Visiting this place from out of state and my credit card was charged with 2 random charges. The bowling lane 1 could not count pins and our balls got stuck 10 times. The manager was not helpful. Beware if you use a credit card here.

this is on for the restaurant in grand slam. the food was slow, it took an hour for our wings to get here when the usuals time is 15 minutes max. i waited 40 minutes just for a water. when i asked a waitress for ranch, she told us to ask our waiter as if she couldn't get one cup of ranch. 0/10 SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Service was very slow, getting the food was even slower. But they were nice when they finally did speak to us.
