Visiting this place from out of state and my credit card was charged with 2 random charges. The bowling lane 1 could not count pins and our balls got stuck 10 times. The manager was not helpful. Beware if you use a credit card here.

this is on for the restaurant in grand slam. the food was slow, it took an hour for our wings to get here when the usuals time is 15 minutes max. i waited 40 minutes just for a water. when i asked a waitress for ranch, she told us to ask our waiter as if she couldn't get one cup of ranch. 0/10 SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Service was very slow, getting the food was even slower. But they were nice when they finally did speak to us.

Manager yelled at us when we asked why he followed my friend that's a female in the restroom two staff worker men did, then had a women go in there and watch her. We tried asking questions and they refused to even do anything or take information down. And they dont follow covid19 protocol.

Tried to go there for my brothers birthday and as soon as we tried to order drinks from the bar we were told we were cut off. I'd understand if we were making noise acting belligerent, stumbling or even slurring our words but we had just showed up and the cop there told them not to serve us and wouldn't give us an excuse on why; besides that one person said we were "too smashed" when we pulled up. We tried to discuss it with him but apparently if anyone says one thing about you no matter the truth they will not serve you.

Running tickets through concessions is pretty stupid. Just sayin. Kinda dumb to make your customers wait while others get their extra butter on popcorn and cheese on nachos with only one worker while my movie is getting started.

Had my daughter's birthday party here, would not do it again or recommend it to others. Left a lot to be desired or just some areas for improvement if you look on the bright side. First our party guests had little direction upon entering the venue, which left most of them wondering around the establishment and late for the party cutting allotted time in our space short. My family went there to bowl for my mothers birthday. However, she has a condition where she has trouble moving her right side. She was having fun bowling, but was getting mostly gutter balls. We asked if we would please put up the guards so that she could actually make points. He said no and that only 10 and under could have the guards up. I explained to him that she was pretty much handicap and having the guards could really benefit her. He still said no. Went to the restaurant to eat with a group of family and friends. There is one other group currently in the restaurant. They said they were there over an hour and half from the time they sat down till they paid there checks. When my group sits down there only 3 other tables being used at the time. We sit down 5 minutes after the initial group gets seated and then have their drink orders are taken. When we arrive they haven't gotten their drinks yet.
