My family went there to bowl for my mothers birthday. However, she has a condition where she has trouble moving her right side. She was having fun bowling, but was getting mostly gutter balls. We asked if we would please put up the guards so that she could actually make points. He said no and that only 10 and under could have the guards up. I explained to him that she was pretty much handicap and having the guards could really benefit her. He still said no. My concern is that handicap or disabled people would have a harder ... read more

Went to the restaurant to eat with a group of family and friends. There is one other group currently in the restaurant. They said they were there over an hour and half from the time they sat down till they paid there checks. When my group sits down there only 3 other tables being used at the time. We sit down 5 minutes after the initial group gets seated and then have their drink orders are taken. When we arrive they haven't gotten their drinks yet. We wait several minutes then they take our drink order while the main group ... read more

I have been a longtime customer of the times square cinema but after this latest experience I probably won't be back. The prices are great but the "experience" was not. I purchased my tickets online but had to wait in a long line for the ONE ticket person to print off my ticket. Then we went into the theater and other people were sitting in our seats. We double checked to make sure we were on the right row and then had an awkward conversation with the people who knew they weren't supposed to be sitting there. Then about half... read more

Their prizes are crap, the staff was very rude, and the games are typical. I paid way to much to be bored. I HIGHLY do not recommend this place for fun and I entertainment.

The first time that I went to Grand Slam it was a great place for everyone to go to. There is a VIP section that is made for adults in the bar area. The bad thing about this time that I went is that I went with a large group of coworkers. Not only was the music very very sluggish and non eventful but the alcohol that is being served is some of the worst pours if not the worst in Tyler. Half or quarter pours compared to any other place in Tyler that serves drinks. A co-worker of mine got a drink that tasted like Kool-Aid ther... read more

This has always been our favorite theatre when visiting the grandparents in Tyler but not anymore. When we pulled up the parking lots was packed! Wow, I thought to myself this place is doing great and happy to see it. Once we get inside It was awful. We bought our movie tickets online but was told by the staff that I needed to stand in the line to get my tickets printed. Stood in the one line that they have for tickets around 15 minutes. After getting out of the line I asked the manager why they did not have a kiosk, he told... read more

Saturday January 26, 2019, "The Boy Who Would be King" seats F8, F9 with Granddaughter Trinity. All is good except seats are small for robust people such as myself. With the arms up, not bad, but arms down is like coach on a small jet. Would have been a 5 star with decent seats.

This used to be our favorite movie theater. But today they advertised the 10 AM movie was $5.00 but when we went to pay they would not honor that price!!! It was on their outdoor sign flashing! False advertising! Will not be back. Will wait for Redbox to come out from now on. Also the food is expensive and nasty.
