Small screens, but always cheaper than Carmike. Convenient and close to where I live.
We love this theater! The seats have been replaced with much nicer and comfortable ones and we just like the vibe there. Might be a smaller theater, but it makes up with the best popcorn in town, wonderful service, and the picture and sound is great. Would recommend!
Locally owned and operated. Reasonably priced compared to other theaters in town on tickets and concession items. Their refillable popcorn bucket and drink cups are well worth it. We get them every year. They give military discounts to active and retired military. They also have $1 movies during the summer for kids and have specials every Tuesday on refillable popcorn bucket and cups.
Nice little theater. They don't have as many screens as the mege-super-ultra-plex movie emporium on the other end of Broadway, but whenever they are showing what I want to see I go here. Smaller, cleaner, and a friendlier staff. If I am going to pay the absurd prices that movie tickets and popcorn cost these days, I'd rather it go to a local business at least. Close restaurants too, makes for a convenient date night.
Great customer service! We saw a movie here this morning and towards the end the projector went out-we had sound but a black screen. After management was notified they worked to fix it, backed up the movie and reran it so we could see the part we had missed. The owner was apologetic and he gave each person in the theater a certificate for another free movie. We liked the family-owned atmosphere as well. We will be back!
Best Theatre in town!! It's not the newest or biggest theatre but the staff is friendly, the price is right, they have a punch card and the popcorn a better. Also bring your student ID because they help out students with a discount.
Ok, I decided to upgrade my original rating of 1 star to 4 stars based on the following reasons. It is cheaper than other theaters in town (not by much though), it is a clean theater, and the seats are nice, comfortable leather seats. The only thing I don't like is I couldn't purchase tickets online or on fandango or any third party ticket vendor. This place needs to step into the 21st century.
Why, oh why, can't they just do some minor renovations here. It's starting to feel dirty. That being said, it is far more convenient and enjoyable than the other theaters.
A few years ago a car crashed into the front Box Office of this little theater. After that, the old Times Square Cinema died.... and a MUCH better one took it's place! Good: crystal-clear sound system w/ excellent picture quality comfortable stadium seating the latest movies (+ $1 movies for kids, student/senior pricing) generally nice crowds Bad (but not that bad): Smaller screens (but the picture quality is great, so it makes up for it) odd pre-show with pixel-y pictures of local businesses (prefer this to o... read more
