This is a small independent theater and from what I understand is family owned. If you want to go to a movie, please patronize this one whenever possible. I've been there before and it is always clean and the staff are nice and friendly.

It's a quite and nice little movie theater. The seats are very comfy. The sound and picture are good. They have a large selection of movies. I travel to Tyler for business and enjoy catching a weeknight movie here in the under crowded theater. Nice family place too.

This theater definitely has a nice vibe. If you get frustrated with 14 year olds and adult mental midgets talking, texting, and generally acting stupid during movies you will probably like this place. There's still some of that going on but it's been my experience that it is much less prevelant than at the other places in town. Ticket and snack bar prices are also much better than the other options. I prefer this theater over any other in town. It is more family oriented and a little less "flashy" and loud. The owners and employees are friendly and make going to the movies pleasant for a family. They also have a punch card for a free movie pass or for free popcorn. Seating is quick, parking is good and the snack bar and ticket prices are reasonable.

I do not recommend this business because they are unethical and are not customer friendly. Because of their poor customer care I discovered that AMC is a huge step up and a much better option for me. A company should always honor their commitments.

I have been a loyal customer for years but have experienced the worst customer experience recently. Our local FFA sells coupon books as a fundraiser and Times Square Grand Slam has been in the book for several years. they still have a couple of coupons but now refuse to honor them. The average profit for a large popcorn and fountain drink is between 80-90% (I always purchase these) - so refusing to accept a buy one get one free ticket on a movie that is not new because they are excluded - is poor management.

Worst movie experience of my life. Drunk teenagers, at least three kids under 8 in a rated R horror movie and the girl next to me putting her bare feet in my food. Bathrooms were trashed. The staff doing the best they could but how can you blame the 19 year old running a bar for entitled, trashy people? Understaffed and probably underpaid.

First, the girls running the desk and bar were great! This review started off as a 3 because of them but by the end of the night it dropped to a one. After an hour wait and paying over $75 for a Lane to get one that is sticky and obviously unclean was ridiculous. We were told the wait was that long so they could have 10 to 15 minutes time to clean. Came in to go bowling with my family (husband and two young children). While waiting for our lane we ended up ordering a few appetizers at the restaurant inside, then moved over to our lane once ready. Everything was great up until this point, we begin playing and my 3yo drops his drink (no lid) and we scramble to find our waiter to get napkins and he's no where in sight.
