It's pretty loud inside but very nice and large. It has a lot of great arcade games, Laser Tag, bowling, food, movies, sky walking, and more. Amazing staff, really friendly. Amazing places to sit while bowling or resting. Grand Slam is honestly the best arcade in Tyler. You will love it!
It's a great place for friends and family. There's so much to do and the food is decent. It's a great place to have a birthday party or just go to hang out. It's a tad pricey but if you don't mind spending the money it's a great place. It's also very clean!
Absolutely loved this entertainment. We played games and ate and bowled. Chris was like our personal attendant at our lane. Book online....it's a busy place. It's the only way to guarantee you get a lane. Game took was busy but had several levels so it was spread out. Will do this again!
Never ever had a problem here to speak of before now. Just wasted $50 on the bowling. My buddy and me never got to bowl one complete game. Ball return was iffy and slow and finally quit. We pushed button requesting service. 5 mins a rep comes buy. It was Saturday after all. Said he'd get right on. Another 10 mins and another rep comes buy and I shanghaied him. Fun spot with lots to do. Games, drinks, bowling, movies.. def need more places like this in Tyler
My family enjoyed the new bowling alley. It was extremely clean. After you bowl, you leave your shoe rentals at your lane so they can be sanitized. The staff all wore masks and stayed socially distant when waiting on us. I felt very comfortable being there.

We went here today (6/30/2020). Employees were wearing masks and monitoring the arcade and making sure everything was wiped and sanitary! Same for the laser tag! It felt very safe and clean!!!

I don't know why people leave bad reviews about this place. Maybe they've had a bad day, I don't know, but any time I've been here I've been treated like I'm royal or something, it's insane. They have the best customer service I've ever seen, and the friendliest wait staff, especially in the bowling lanes area. It's unbelievable how nice the staff is. I've never been to a place where you do non-conventional pinsetter bowling, it's string-pin, which is so so cool. Would definitely recommend, just save up a little with family ... read more
