Love this place,Love the prices on the movies.Staff are great.Went to see Wakanda Forever yesterday and it was the best Marvel movie since Stan Lee died!

Well this is a mixed review. The Positive: The venue is awesome in that it offers a lot of activities for the family and we sure need more of this in Tyler. We've bowled, played laser tag, played the games, and this is our regular movie theater of choice. The popcorn is great, pizza is awesome, service personnel are nice and cordial. If you're in the Tyler-area, Grand Slam is a pretty neat outing. There's bowling (with huge screens), an arcade with a decent amount of games, a ceiling ropes course thing, bar/restaurant, a coffee bar also, and a movie theater. You can literally spend the day here. I will say the restaurant service is a bit ehh, and they don't give you glasses of water because you have to buy bottled. It's pretty loud inside but very nice and large. It has a lot of great arcade games, Laser Tag, bowling, food, movies, sky walking, and more. Amazing staff, really friendly. Amazing places to sit while bowling or resting. Grand Slam is honestly the best arcade in Tyler. You will love it!

It's a great place for friends and family. There's so much to do and the food is decent. It's a great place to have a birthday party or just go to hang out. It's a tad pricey but if you don't mind spending the money it's a great place. It's also very clean!

Absolutely loved this entertainment. We played games and ate and bowled. Chris was like our personal attendant at our lane. Book online....it's a busy place. It's the only way to guarantee you get a lane. Game took was busy but had several levels so it was spread out. Will do this again!

Never ever had a problem here to speak of before now. Just wasted $50 on the bowling. My buddy and me never got to bowl one complete game. Ball return was iffy and slow and finally quit. We pushed button requesting service. 5 mins a rep comes buy. It was Saturday after all. Said he'd get right on. Another 10 mins and another rep comes buy and I shanghaied him. He had a walkie talkie and radioed somebody. Apparently not staff in back. Gave it more time and we finally gave up. Wouldn't be so bad if we paid by the game but thi... read more

My family enjoyed the new bowling alley. It was extremely clean. After you bowl, you leave your shoe rentals at your lane so they can be sanitized. The staff all wore masks and stayed socially distant when waiting on us. I felt very comfortable being there.
