We went here today (6/30/2020). Employees were wearing masks and monitoring the arcade and making sure everything was wiped and sanitary! Same for the laser tag! It felt very safe and clean!!!

Business response:

Thank you so much for the 5 star review Taylor. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

I don't know why people leave bad reviews about this place. Maybe they've had a bad day, I don't know, but any time I've been here I've been treated like I'm royal or something, it's insane. They have the best customer service I've ever seen, and the friendliest wait staff, especially in the bowling lanes area. It's unbelievable how nice the staff is. I've never been to a place where you do non-conventional pinsetter bowling, it's string-pin, which is so so cool. Would definitely recommend, just save up a little with family ... read more

Had an amazing time with my family in the arcade! We played the virtual reality games and it's so accessible to wheelchair users! We went bowling and had a great time! A fun place to bring a family! Or go on a date. The prices are very reasonable and we went bowling for just 4 dollars a person and the movies are reasonable too!

My favorite theater in Tyler. Love the bowling ally and the pizza. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite theater in Tyler, and now that it has expanded into Grand slam, it is a great place to take the grandkids. I was very excited to see the addition of the coffee bar, but I am always disappointed by the customer service at the coffee bar. Every time I order coffee there, the barista (a different one each time) seems distracted and cannot just focus on a cup of coffee. For example, as the young lady started my latte yesterday, an employee approached the counter. She began asking what he wanted to eat and the... read more

This place just opened. Pretty fun place for the family. Has lots of things to do. Laser tag was okay. I'd recommend that they have the employees hype it up a bit before starting. Been to other places that did that and got the kids more i to it. Ate food after and had issues paying. They couldn't find the guy and nobody could access all tickets. Would recommend that the manager has a bartender that could do this. Needless to say it wasn't a big deal and we had fun. Im sure we will be back.

This place is the best thing to happen to Tyler. The ultimate date night place. Party / hangout spot. There's bowling. Movie theater. Arcade. Restaurant. Coffee shop. Laser tag. Etc etc. Bar also. Multiple TVs throughout the gaming bowling areas. So you don't miss a game. Definitely recommend this place for everyone of all ages.

I hadn't eaten a real meal here before so I wasn't sure what I would get. I ordered the quarter pound hotdog with fries. $11 sounded like a lot for a hotdog and fries. I had the choice of getting sweet potato fries or regular. I got the sweet potato. It turns out, I was wrong - the hotdog and fries was DEFINITELY worth $11! Excellent taste and quality. Can't wait to try their other offerings.
