Kevin Tran was very friendly and helped us know the house in and out. Made sure as buyers we are not missing out to anything important.
Kevin Tran did not disappoint! TLC was recommended by our realtor and I read Yelp reviews before contacting the company and had specially requested Kevin for the job. Kevin did a thorough job, promptly called us to follow up to explain his findings. The company is also very professional and has excellent and impressive online presence. Keep up the great job!
Kevin came to our newly purchased house and we are very happy with his inspection. He was detail oriented, often taking the time to explain his observations and notes to first time home buyers. He answered all of our questions and even had a call with me that evening to discuss some questions we had. We received his final inspection report that evening. Would happily work with TLC and Kevin again.
Robert was very professional and thorough. I am a first-time buyer therefore he answered all my questions and concerns. The report was very detailed as well. This is a very honest company, I was accidently over-charged and they let me know that I had a different kind of house foundation inspected which was cheaper than what I was quoted (my error). I was told I would be refunded and sure enough I was in a timely manner too. I appreciated the communication and customer service! THANK YOU TLC!!
Great company and very through with there work. My inspector Chase McVey took the time to explain all his findings. I would recommend this company nothing but a positive experience.
I can't say enough good things about TLC Home Inspections! I was in the process of buying a new home that had a water leak, and TLC Inspections went out to inspect the area ASAP. They provided great detail about the issues and walked me through what was necessary to remedy the problem. They followed up with another inspection after the repairs were underway, to ensure everything necessary was being done. Great guys at this place! Had many inspections through the years and really felt that this one was done right! Very thorough with great explanations for all findings. Highly recommend this company if you're looking at a new place.
The inspector was courteous and knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection and a great job explaining all the items in the report. The report is a great reference document with detailed explanations, and pictures and an easy to use summary at the end.
Wow, I wish we had found Kevin T. and TLC -before- we bought our house! We used another company (who shall not be named) and what a mistake that turned out to be. Kevin came in and found allllllll the things our first inspector was too negligent to find. Kevin did such a thorough job, took his time to really look everything over, pointed various things out to us while he was here soo he could actually explain things to us (instead of just reading it later.)
