I had a very short option period and they were able to schedule next-day for my home inspection. Which was a great relief in todays hot market. I received the report within a few hours of completion and the report was very thorough. Would definitely use them again.

I've worked with Kevin from TLC inspections and I've been extremely happy with the team's professionalism and pricing. The Austin real estate market is hot and it is very difficult to find business that have anything to do with home repairs/inspections/maintenance who are reliable and professional. TLC home inspection is a very accommodating company that goes above and beyond what you would expect. They are very flexible, understanding and work to help you get the inspection you need. If you have questions with your inspection or how inspections are done they are very knowledgeable and will explain the process to you. Chase was fantastic. They were able to book our inspection for the following day, which was crucial given our 3 day option period. The inspection was very thorough and made us feel confident in moving forward with the house sale. Immediately after the inspection, Chase took the time to walk us through the property and tell us his findings. The report was easy to read and everything was photographed.
