I had TLC come out to inspect my townhouse after the recent freezing craziness. Nothing had gone wrong at my house except for the water being off for those several days and I had turned the water heater off. But my sister had gotten an inspection just to be safe and I wanted that peace of mind, too. TLC Home Inspections recently came to office to make a presentation. I was very impressed. 3 days later, I needed an inspection right away. They were able to get out there within a day. Chase was very helpful in explaining to my clients that he is required to point out all of the things but they are not required to have them all changed. This is important when selling an older home. He was on time and efficient and wore his mask.
Kevin was great! Showed up on time, did a great inspection and went over everything with the property we were buying. We were traveling to meet him so hitting the appointment window was very important to us. Thanks again!
