We contacted TLC Home Inspections based no a recommendation made by our realtor. Kevin Tran did our inspection and we were very impressed. He was on time and spent 4 hours doing a very thorough inspection. He took the time to walk through and show us many of his findings, explaining things and was happy to answer questions. TLC inspector Kevin Tran is very professional as well as thorough. After our inspection, he went over every detail so we could understand it. He then sent us a comprehensive report with pictures. Even if I do not decide to purchase this house, I know more what to look for in the next one. Just wanted to call out the wonderful service Ajaye Powell provided during my home inspection period. Ajaye is a master communicator, letting me know when the report was going to be completed and furthermore took extra care to schedule a time and review the report with me detail. Ajaye is personable. The combination of his calm demeanor and friendliness allowed me to quickly gain trust in the conversation immediately.
