They accommodated me quickly and scheduled my inspection the next day. They provided very helpful information and communication was great. The inspector, Kevin, was very nice and took the time to walk me through everything he found deficient in my new build home. The report was provided to me in less than 24 hours. Definitely recommended. Great job TLC!
Our inspector was extremely nice, walked us through the entire report and then proceeded to complete it with pictures and even more explanations.
Kevin was incredibly friendly and helpful for me as a first-time homebuyer. He took the time to show me what he was looking for, any concerns he had, and provided diy and professional solutions to all major and minor issues the house had. I would highly recommend Kevin Tran to any home buyer and if you do choose him, be sure to be at the house inspection ready to take notes.

Timely and thorough home inspection for a historic home. WHile an old home can have many issues, I was grateful the checked everything out and informed me of possible issues. Nothing that could not be fixed with a little attention and time. Glad I had them do the work!
During this crazy Austin real estate market, we has home sellers wanted a pre-inspection of the house done.
