We are moving into a new home. My daughter suggested we have the house inspected before we move in. After the Builder did their final inspection, we call out TLC for A 3rd party inspection. Ajaye Powell came out to inspect the house. I was surprise at all the defects he was able to find after the builder inspection. I would recommend anyone buying a new house to get an inspection. Mr Powell was very professional and did a thorough search. I highly recommend TLC and ask for Ajaye Powell.
I had a brand new home to inspect, and I called TLC. The inspector was friendly and easy to talk to and the report was generated timely. The reasons I gave them 3 stars not 4 are because there are a few things were not covered in the report. Again that's a brand new house and tenant noticed the issues on the 2nd day they moved in. 1. Master bathroom show draining was clogged 2. HVAC drain pan accumulated water. 3. No toilet paper holder in bathroom.
TLC made it all seem so easy. Getting in touch initially was straightforward and we were helped immediately. Got the inspection set up in no time and got a few reminders to make sure all was set on our end. Day of, inspector took care of everything seamlessly, and we got the report right away digitally. They offered to help us get a quote for the repairs and set up our utilities as well (we did not need either service but the fact they offered is great.) You don't need to keep looking, just go to TLC right now.
