Excellent. After hours call. Our tech, ******* was prompt, so nice; explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Answered all my questions, offered recommendations and did no high pressure sales pitch. Thankful and relieved and problem solved. One does pay for the after hours call, but the peace of mind was worth it!
