AC was rattling and becoming progressively louder over time. **** from TLC diagnosed the problem as a loose motor mounting bolt and a loose AC housing nut. He resolved the issues and dropped the decibel level about 15 points. Well done ****.
**** did a class act job for us in in the installation of the customer supplied kitchen sink. He was courteous and professional. Cleaned up after the job was completed.
On 6/21/24, after having no A/C for a week, **** and another technician, ****, were on-site for six hours, completing the installation of my A/C, that another contractor started. While on-site, they were very courteous and polite, and exhibited a high level of knowledge. My wife and I were very happy to have **** and **** on the job! Great job guys!
I'm a repeat TLC customer. ******* was the ******************** professional that replaced some kitchen area hardware. As usual, the visit was timely and ******* was competent, communicated additional hardware issues that he recommended be addressed and the work was completed quickly. I am a satisfied customer and recommend TLC to others.
We had issues with our swamp cooler that several other companies couldnt fix. I called TLC and **** came out to fix it and did an amazing job, but after further inspection it turned out to be an electrical issue. He called this team and he was able to send an electrician out the same day! Me and my family were really struggling in heat and once ******* and his team got to the house, they knew what to look for and exactly how to fix it. Couldnt thank them enough. Super knowledgeable and professional.
