Technician was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in troubleshooting the problem with the evaporative cooler and worked on the problem until it was resolved. He was very patient in answering all my questions and explained everything he was doing. Very professional.

We had ******* Come and diagnose and repair an electrical line that had been nicked and caused the gfi to cause loss of power to several outlets and electricity to our pond -he is wonderful- we have been using for him years - hes honest and efficient- cant rave about him enough !!! ***** ********
