My home heating system went out during a cold January night. I called TLC in the morning and, within 90 minutes, TLC was there. Technicians **** and **** were friendly, courteous, professional and, most of all, thorough and competent. They diagnosed and explained the problem and the heat was back on within an hour. I was so impressed that I purchased an annual service agreement and am now a TLC customer for life.

I needed my water softener unit and my hot water heater replaced asap and TLC was prompt, professional and perfect in their installation. Everything works beautifully and last year they also replaced my heater and A/C units. I am officially a TLC SUPER FAN. My experiences with them have been positive and straightforward. Great service! **** and ***** showed up within a hour of my call. They were friendly and professional. They surveyed the problem and immediately began to work. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned up the work area and put my landscaping back in place as it was found. TLC is a great company with great employees! I highly recommend them!

We have used them for our upstairs air conditioning unit. Downstairs heating unit. We had a leak in our wall upstairs they fixed. Then they also have a *************** that came and did the remodel necessary after the flood. That included a bathroom 2 bedrooms and the downstairs ceiling. Everyone we have talked to from their staff has been wonderful and they have done a great job we continue to use TLC for everything we can.
