You might find a better company than TLC, but I highly doubt it. Ive needed thier services on numerous occasions and each time they were there in short order. Ive experienced 3 different service techs and found everyone of them professional, courteous and highly skills. ******** was the tech that responded to my latest issue. Excellent. After hours call. Our tech, ******* was prompt, so nice; explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Answered all my questions, offered recommendations and did no high pressure sales pitch. Thankful and relieved and problem solved. One does pay for the after hours call, but the peace of mind was worth it!
