My water heater needed to be replaced so I called TLC. ********* helped me out at was very courteous and professional. He went out of his was to help me out and I would highly recommend working with him and the company. Great overall experience.

******* was excellent in resolving unanticipated complications in changing-out two old sink faucets in our main bedroom.He explained the process and how to avoid future problems with the faucets. He basically had to cut out the old plumbing because of its age and rusting in place over the years. His expertise and resourcefulness solved the problem and restored our ability to use *********.
