*** does it all for meelectric, plumbing and heating. Each time I have asked them to come to fix something, it has been done to my complete satisfaction. I wish all companies I deal with were this responsive and capable.I had a group of lights that would not turn on in my ceiling; ****** came out on time and fixed the problem and recommended a solution that would alleviate it in the future. You might find a better company than TLC, but I highly doubt it. Ive needed thier services on numerous occasions and each time they were there in short order. Ive experienced 3 different service techs and found everyone of them professional, courteous and highly skills. ******** was the tech that responded to my latest issue. Very impressed with his knowledge of the systems, his ability to quickly diagnose the issue and follow-up on getting the needed parts ASAP. Im so thankful for having *** there for my needs. Excellent. After hours call. Our tech, ******* was prompt, so nice; explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Answered all my questions, offered recommendations and did no high pressure sales pitch. Thankful and relieved and problem solved. One does pay for the after hours call, but the peace of mind was worth it!
