Time to have the evaporative cooler shut down for the winter and the heater serviced. Called TLC and requested ******************* since he does such a thorough and professional job. He performed the service and checked to make sure we didn't have carbon monoxide from the heater. Would highly recommend TLC and especially *******************.

We have used TLC for years. **** came out today to do the switchover. Very nice young man. He called before he came and even asked if he could come early. Very pleased. Would recommend TLC and **** for your next job.

****, with the *** water team, is outstanding. This is not the first time he has serviced or done annual maintenance of my Kinetico whole house water filtration, soft water system, and RO system. He is always on time, professional, knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and friendly. I was happy to see him return to care for my water systems, and I knew all work would be done right.
