TLC did a great job and plumber that came out was very friendly. He provided us the possible issues that could occur if installations had problems. No issues and he completed the job very quickly.

Shannon was wonderful. He was able to come, diagnose our water heater, and replace it in one day. This is saying something as our house is a 1970’s fixer-upper and nothing in our maintenance room was up to code. He brought everything up to code, replaced the water heater, explained all the nuances, and explained maintenance on the unit.

Technician Shannon R****** is Super! I had a water leak at the supply line to my water heater (9 years old), Shannon arrived shortly after 8am and expecting to repair a leaking water line. After we discussed my 9 year old rusted water heater, Shannon made a trip back to the office (probably a 1 hour drive each way) to pick up my new water heater, and needed supplies.
