I made a service call at approximately 1:30 p.m. and spoke with Kelsey and was impressed with the service that she provided. Thereafter, Levi was on site at 2:00 p.m. and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Levi was very interested in not only fixing the problem but also in figuring out why the problem occurred to prevent it from happening on a going forward basis. By 3:15 p.m. the issue was resolved. I had a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink drainage I could not solve with simple measures and so called TLC. My service tech, Mr. Irvin Alvidrez, was punctual, professional, polite and extremely thorough. He was communicative about his progress and potential "next steps" if needed. My problem was resolved and I am completely satisfied with the service and price. I would easily and readily recommend Mr. Alvidrez and TLC for any plumbing issues.
