TLC is awesome. They were able to figure out what was wrong with our HVAC system within a few minutes. A different contractor assigned to us by our insurance wasn' t able to figure that out within their 3 visits!!! **** from TLC was very kind and polite. Was very clear in explaining everything and helpful. I would recommend them 100%

I had a tech come out for the ** on Sunday who correctly diagnosed the problem and turned off the system to thaw out with a promise to return the next day. I later found out I was not on the schedule for the next day, but TKC promptly sent out another tech who tested the system after it thawed and gave me the thumbs up to turn it on. Both techs were great except for the lack of scheduling by the first. I still give TLC five stars and if there were 10 stars available I would select all 10
