Shannon R****** from TLC came to fix or replace our toilet. This is the second time Shannon has been to our home. He replaced our water heater and softener in February. He is always friendly, professional and very informative. I will always pick TLC for our home repair needs.

Wow! Shannon Rushing came to help me with frozen busted pipes in freezing temperatures. Professional, kind, and quick. Never once complained about how cold it was! Being alone, I don't feel comfortable with any workers being here when I'm alone but TLC has an awesome trustworthy employee in this guy! Will definitely use TLC again!

Great service. Shannon was on time, very professional and friendly. Replaced our kitchen faucet that spring a leak. TLC is our go-to for plumbing emergencies.

We had an emergency leak in our garage and master bathroom. We called TLC and live 30 miles from Albuquerque. Shannon R***, the plumber that fixed the problem arrived in a timely manner and had it all fixed within the hour. Shannon did an excellent job and was kind, knowledgeable and walked through the entire process explaining what he needed to do. Excellent customer service and an excellent employee! If we ever have another issue (and we hope we do not), I would request Shannon if he's available. Great guy! Craig M

Shannon and Adrian were my guys and put in a pressure booster pump in the well pit. Explained everything well and were really nice guys. Have been building another house on my property dealing with lots of contractors. These guys were heads above the rest and a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!
