Rudy did an excellent job. He didn't push any extra work on me, but made helpful suggestions. Cleaned everything up when he was done and left everything the way it was. He did a great job and I'm very happy with the results.

I called TLC on Thanksgiving because of a flooding laundry room. Roman came out, listened and looked at the problem, knew exactly what the problem was and worked outside in the cold and fixed everything. He was so good! Before he left, he made sure everything was working properly throughout the house, gave me his card and told me to call him if we had any more trouble. I would definitely recommend Roman and TLC. TLC responded quickly and managed to fulfilled the service in the same day as request. Roman made a couple calls before he arrived and explained that because it was a Saturday and there were lots of job orders to be done, but confirmed that he was on his way over. I was very happy to see Roman showed up at 8pm to fix the problem in my kitchen. He was professional and friendly, I appreciate the efficient services TLC and their dedicated hard working staff Roman provided in late hour. Good job!
