Technician Shannon R****** is Super! I had a water leak at the supply line to my water heater (9 years old), Shannon arrived shortly after 8am and expecting to repair a leaking water line. After we discussed my 9 year old rusted water heater, Shannon made a trip back to the office (probably a 1 hour drive each way) to pick up my new water heater, and needed supplies. Shannon replaced my leaking water heater the same day. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. He explained exactly what he did and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. I was very happy with him and the water heater install. Would definitely recommend!

Rudy went above and beyond to get me hot water even when he didn't have time to do the work. And he then talked me through some plumbing issues that have worried me for years and found a good solution for those too. Neat, cleaned up, quality work - can't ask for better! And a wonderful person too!
