I called TLC because of a slab leak and a very bad experience with another plumber. I called and Jack and Eric were at my house in 30 minutes. The leak was very difficult to find and difficult to reach. They worked all day putting in valves, digging through concrete and putting in new pipe where they found the leak. They filled not only their hole but the one the other plumber had left me and then laid concrete, again in their hole and the one the first plumber left. TLC responded promptly to problems with my water heater and kitchen faucet. Wesley H******* found and fixed problems quickly. Wesley was friendly and helpful. Since the problems were insignificant, he did not charge for the service call. I would recommend TLC to others.

Johnny R** did an excellent job of replacing my water heater. He was very professional, courteous, informative about the process and left the hallway cleaner than when he arrived. Probably the best plumber I have used.
