I recently had service provided by TLC; Douglas C. was my technician. He was friendly, competent and very thorough in his work. When he needed an additional piece of equipment that wasn't available that day, he explained what was needed and let me know he would be there the next day at 8:am, which he was. I have always been satisfied with TLC's technicians / work and Douglas C. was no exception. Thank-you TLC!

Rudy M******* of TLC Plumbing & Utility came out to our house in Corrales in August to check on a leaking laundry tub and an out of order toilet. He did an excellent job on both and was very willing to explain everything that he was doing. He was friendly and competent. When I called TLC, the respondent (Saul) was courteous and efficient. He promptly scheduled me for a service call at my convenience. He informed me the technician would arrive on the appointed date between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The technician (Will S*****) called me at 10:05 to inform me he would arrive at about 10:30 a.m. He did. My wife and I recently converted our home from evaporative cooling to refrigerated air. We chose TLC based on both previous experience and word of mouth recommendation of friends. We have been completely satisfied with our choice, beginning with our sales representative. Douglas was extremely professional. He called twice to discuss the time he would be arriving due to problems he encountered on a call prior to my appointment. He was considerate and offered to cover his shoes and furniture if needed prior to beginning the duct cleaning. He also reviewed the price and amount of time the service would take prior to starting. I would recommend him to everyone!

Rob D***** worked on our water system on August 1, 2018. He did an excellent job and was very informative as to what we needed to do to maintain the system. He went into detail on all aspects of the system. In the future we want only Rob D***** to do any plumbing needs we may have.
