Will was very professional and thorough. He installed 2 new toilets and snaked the laundry drain. Our house is old, and he ran into some unexpected issues, but he was able to deal with them easily. I'm hiring them to do more work at our house.

Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with his service. Excellent experience and made it so easy to understand. I am definitely requesting him again for when my wife and I get our RO and water softener installed, which he quoted us for while he was there winterizing the swamp cooler. This is an awesome company! I contact TLC around 6:30 PM via their website to request an appointment for a clogged garbage disposal. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a call within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment for the next day. The service rep, Irvin, was running late. He showed up with a smile and an apology. It only took about 15 minutes for him to clear it. He cleaned up everything. And then he waived the charge for the visit, due to the lateness of his arrival and it being a small job.
