Extremely pleased with our TLC experience. The work was professional, on time and our home was left very clean. The difference at TLC is their employees. Johnny R** did an excellent job of replacing my water heater. He was very professional, courteous, informative about the process and left the hallway cleaner than when he arrived. Probably the best plumber I have used.

Rudy and his helper were knowledgeable courteous and exceptionally professional. They informed me of what was necessary in clear and concise terms without trying to add additional; unnecessary work. They worked in a consistent, workmanlike manner and kept me informed as they completed a large and difficult job in what is by my opinion an exemplary manner producing exceptionally high quality results in a very short period of time. The technician's schedule allowed him to call and see if he could come earlier than the original appointment time. He was knowledgable and answered all of my questions and explained a couple of different things to me. He was tidy and speedy with his work . We have used TLC for several years and have found them to be a company of intercity and good service.
