I called TLC for a drain issue on Sunday night and I asked for somebody to call me first thing Monday morning. I got a call from the office just before 8am and Tommy S****** called me saying he was 15 minutes out at approx 830am. He arrived on time, looked at the issue and said he would be accessing the drain thru the roof vent.
