Called first thing Monday morning after my HVAC stopped cooling, had a tech at my house that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and offered me several options. I chose to replace my old unit. On Thursday a Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable technician arrived on time, worked during the heat of the day to replace my HVAC unit!

Service provided was great. The technician repaired a wall that had been cut to replace faucets. Both the faucet replacement and wall repair turned out perfectly. I cannot tell where the repair was performed since they also painted the repaired section. I have used TLC many times in the past and have always been pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this service to family and friends.

TLC came to setup my cooler and noticed how old my furnace was and recommended that I replace it soon. I asked the tech for some estimates, he was able to get it to me quickly and I had a new furnace within a week. They have always been very professional and I will be calling them again soon for new A/C.
