I am impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of ***. The electrician, ******, who discussed the initial scope of work, was interested in our problems, had a good grasp of how to resolve and articulated the solution in laymans terms we understood. The project pricing was concise and matched our final invoice. No surprises. And the work was completed and overseen by trained, certified professionals which gave us peace of mind the jobs was done right, the first time.
I am writing this review to commend the excellent repair service provided by TLC employee ****** *******. He replaced several electrical switches in my bathroom, coming out on a Saturday to do so, and also installed a surge protector onto my breaker box to prevent future appliance damage from potential power surges due to bad weather. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely competent and efficient. TLC should be proud of employees of ********qualilty. ****** ** ****

****** showed up the day I called, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem for a reasonable rate. The other companies either didn't get back to me, or quoted an 'emergency rate' that was literally four times what *** charged.

I can't recommend ****** ******* highly enough. He went above and beyond to install my outdoor outlet, coming on the 4th of July of all things. He is competent, polite and excellent at his job.
