RecommendedWill answered a call on a very leaky kitchen faucet and a slow flushing toilet, searched for parts, couldn't find them, found me a new faucet, and installed it, all while I was packing to move and getting my very sick dog to the vet. Everything is working well, just in time for my house to change hands on Tuesday!

RecommendedMy husband and I have been using TLC for a long time. We have used their plumbers, electricians, and heating/cooling experts. Yesterday I thought I had a possible emergency with our new air conditioning system (I was wrong). But after calling the TLC Office and arranging for service later in the day I got a call from Carlos Ramirez (who had installed the air conditioning) to say that he would be at our house in 15 minutes!!! Amazing and much appreciated quick follow-up by our original team: Carlos and Chico!

RecommendedWe had a water leak under the foundation of our home. Jeff Takacs came out the day we called to survey the issue. We eventually had our hot water pipes rerouted through our attic. Jeff and his crew did an excellent job and were very professional. Jeff made sure that everything was done correctly and ensured that all of the work passed city inspections. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Service was provided by Rudy M, who installed a new garbage disposal and made some associated repairs. He listened to my description of the problems and did not jump to conclusions, but explored until he found the causes. I was very pleased with his work and with his courteous attitude. I will certainly call upon TLC for future plumbing needs..
