RecommendedI scheduled Scott S to come and get my boiler and hot water heating system ready for winter. As always he did a great job, and explained all of his work to me. The only issue had to do with scheduling. When I called I asked the scheduling dept to allow enough time for repair. They said they did, yet when Scott first called he was unaware repairs were needed and insufficient time had been allotted. Nonetheless, he cleared his schedule for the next morning so that he could get my system taken care of.
RecommendedMy house is showing its age, and was in need of some repairs. Two toilets had issues, 1 bathroom drain drained slowly, kitchen faucet needed to be replaced while another sink had leaking problems. Chantry Mowrer evaluated my rather long list and was able to finish them all in about 2.5 hours. He and his co-worker completed all jobs well and did so courteously and not leaving a mess behind. I appreciated their professionalism and would gladly call upon TLC and Chantry again.

RecommendedAdam was the employee who turned on our swamp cooler this past spring and did an excellent job. When we were ready to have the swamp shut down and the furnace turned on, we requested Adam. Not only does he give us excellent service he is also polite and well versed in our equipment requirements. We have used TLC since moving here 5 years ago and have never been disappointed with the professional and friendly service we receive.
