WE had a leak in our main water line. Their Serviceman, Rudy M, came before our scheduled time (of course calling ahead). He exmined the situation and gave us an approximaate cost based on possible alternaatives if the main could be reached in various scenarios. Once we approved, he began working right away. Luckily, the final result came in a bit below the bottom line estimate because it was easier to reach. TLC Plumbing is without a doubt the most dependable company I have ever done business with. Once they make a promise they keep it. That's how simple it is. Our last call to TLC was for a gas stove hook-up that required the line to be plumbed into the kitchen. The service tech that showed up, Jason Meekins, was prompt, professional, tidy, and competent. Can't wait for our next service call. I'll request they send Jason.

Very professional, excellent service, Eric installed our new water heater and did an excellent job. Friendly and very knowlegable, did answer all our questions. We highly recommend TLC to anyone expecting quality and professionalism. Thank you guys!

Jason is great. Quick, efficient service and lots of information about my heating/cooling system. My expensive new cooler did not come with a cover, but I wanted one and Jason sold it to me. Jason said he could install the cover on Monday morning - and sure enough, at 0900 there he was with the cover in hand. He did exactly as he promised and he had it installed in no time. Thanks for being timely and efficient!

Eric Brown winterized my evaporative cooler today. He did an excellent job, including testing the heat flow and gas emissions on my furnace. He checked the heat flow on several vents and all was in order. He checked the efficiency of the furnace and adjusted it accordingly. He brought down the swamp cooler pump per my instructions, so that I may clean it up for the start up next spring...He also disconnected and flushed the water hoses. To Eric and TLC I say, JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

My shower cartridge broke tonight and we were unable to turn our water off at the street. Your on call repair man, Antonio, responded right away and had everything fixed within the hour. Thanks again for your fast, professional service!

Thank you Ben at TLC. I am a veteran who is going through Chemo and my AC went down over the weekend. After trying to fix it ourselves, we called in the Pros. The customer service agent was so understanding. We called in at 245 and she had a tech there by 320. I was up and running at 4:00 and they did not overcharge me. The heat was making me sick and you came to my rescue. Thank you! I will have you on speed dial.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen! They came in with a proposal - did half the work then tried to bill us for twice the proposal rate. No clean up and they even managed to brake things along the way that are still broken! TLC is nothing short of a joke! You are better off ANYPLACE else!
