Thanks, Rudy, for coming to the rescue when my water heater failed while I had a houseful of out-of-town guests. The failure occurred on a weekend evening, but Rudy was able to replace the faulty valve and get us our hot water. Thanks again for your expert and courteous service.

Our experience was fantastic. We had a small emergency involving our dishwasher on a Sunday morning. Called TLC and they had a technician out within two hours. Marcos was able to diagnose and fix the problem in an hour. Job well done. Will definitely recommend them in the future.

Hugo Flores was outstanding. He came to check out our leak, fixed it, and cleaned up. He was professional, efficient, and neat. Hugo was such a likable young man, a hard worker, and very knowledgeable. I will call TLC and request Hugo to come and fix any future plumbing needs. Thank you.

David Martinez answered a routine call and unfortunately found a gas leak at our house. He worked tirelessly for 4 days until he re-piped the whole house. He and his apprentice, Harrison, were professional, courteous, committed, and kind. David really did work day and night until we finally have hot water again. He followed through every step of the way from Gas shut off to re connect today, with a smile and sense of humor no less. Nicely done TLC and David and Harrison! Sure appreciate you!
