Recycle program needed I have to use this product since I chose to buy the printer. However, I have an issue....that is Brother needs to put a recycle program into place.
"Low on toner" from the Brand new products the brand new genuine cartridges, i purchased from Amazon are already low on toner. They are high yield and both show "low on toner" error right from the moment I opened the brand new product package. Don't like at all Don't like at all. Keeps shutting down the network as printer sleeps to save power. Brother has no fix. Don't recommend at all if you are networked.

I'm responsible for several of the printers these go into ... I'm responsible for several of the printers these go into, and they don't come close to lasting 8,000 pages...I'd guess it's about 4K - 5,500 pages.
Bad experience. Toner leaked. I bought it from amazon too. Destroyed drum and I think maybe the printer. I use the printer at home and I can't have a printer leaking toner all over the place. This is either a fake one (remanufactured) or Brother's toner has really gone downhill. I'll buy another printer from somebody else if I can't clean it. Bad experience.
I ordered a printer with this toner and the printer ... I ordered a printer with this toner and the printer was cancel because of a so called technical problem. Turns out when I attempt to order the printer again amazon now wants to charge me a hundred dollars more for te printer then before. You should stand by your commitments.
This was my first replacement since I bought the printer ... This was my first replacement since I bought the printer. I thought I followed the instructions carefully BUT I did not click the wire slide cleaner back into place properly and ended up with streaks along the edge of the papers. Had to pay attention to clicking into place all the way to the left. Otherwise, all is well.
