The results can't be any worse. This was an authentic Brother toner cartridge, costing four times as much as some third-party cartridges, because I didn't want to take chances. Fresh out of the box it left a black stripe, 1/8 inch by 11 inches, down the left side of all pages (down the right side of alternate pages if printed both sides). Two days of this did not diminish the size of the black stripe, so I'm sending it back. So much for authentic Brother supplies. No Yielding the Number of Pages Promised Purchased in June 2016 and today started getting low toner alert and noticed text is gray instead of black. There is no way that I have used the number of pages this cartridge is supposed to supply. Typically, I can replace this toner cartridge once every 8-12 months! So disappointed. I do not understand why this would happen when this is a Brother product simply sold by Amazon? Wouldn't the product be the same as if I purchased it elsewhere?
Leaking Cartridges not a good buy. i have ordered this product a few times, this time the toners i recieved are leaking and had distroyed my $800 printer, i want a replacement or refund.
The toner cartridge TN750 which was matched with the copier ... The toner cartridge TN750 which was matched with the copier is the incorrect cartridge. Therefore, this extra toner cartridge I bought with the copier is the incorrect cartridge, The correct cartridge is TN820 or TN850. This is a mismatched cartridge with the machine. Use factory replacement cartridges Better to stay with genuine factory refills. We have had trouble with generic refills and now pay the price for the genuine article.
BUY OEM, pay on the premium, save on the hassle.. WORKS, NO Questions. It's a toner cartridge, not sure what I need to explain here.. it works and the reason I choose OEM (Manufacturer) over 'refillable' is not just the money, it's the hassle. My time is worth more to NOT have to deal with junk issues from cheap (VALUE and cost) rather than the difference between a cheaper refill and OEM. Works all the way down to the last sheet..DONE!!
