can't return product and I'm stuck! I bought the two pack of this toner cartridge specifically because it was made by Brother, and not an off brand. I usually buy the cartridges in advance of their use so I'm never out at my office. Unfortunately the warranty has expired and I'm stuck. The first cartridge I put in squeaked when in use. Not happy, the TN-750 cartridge is expensive and this one ... Started getting streaks on the printed page. Cleaned the drum per Brothers instructions but the streaking continued. Replaced the toner cartridge and the streaking is gone. So the issue was the toner cartridge. Not happy, the TN-750 cartridge is expensive and this one is barely used. What s the procedure for getting it replaced?
A+ Make sure you run your toner out before replacing! My toner said I was low so I purchased this right away. Here we are 6 months later and I'm still printing off the old cartridge with this one still in the package. Great toners, great price and last a really long time!

The toner cartridge is leaking toner and the copies are gray not black, lack definition and are lighter on the sides than in the middle of the page. By the time I tried the the cartridge, I ordered early so I would not have a down time in printing, replaced the drum to make sure that wasn't the problem, now I can't return the product.

The print quality has always been great. I order the brother brand vs I've ordered several of these before for my business. The print quality has always been great. I order the brother brand vs. the cheaper knock offs specifically for the print quality. The print quality on this toner isn't as good as the others I've ordered. The printing appears a little cloudy and not as crisp as it should. Not sure why. To make it worse I'm one day outside of the return policy. I bought this when my printer first said it was ... I bought this when my printer first said it was running low. When I installed it recently it leaves spots all over the page and a black stripe along the side of the page.
Always by original brother toner always use brother original brand toner. Using cheap brand will ruin you drum and eventually printer within 2 cartridges life span. So not worth going for cheaper when you want a printer that prints crisp clear page after page
