Disappointed! I have been purchasing Brother products for our small business for 12 years. We have always had a laser printer - so I know what great quality Brother products typically are - BUT - after 1 month of use, my printed pages already look faded. Still printing just fine though. Ordered another from Amazon so I won't ... You can't trust anything any company says. Brother says 8000 sheets. Could not use for my printer. When I brought ... Could not use for my printer. When I brought up my prior purchase of TN660 toner the screen appeared with a suggestion that I try the TN750 toner. I incorrectly presumed that it would fit my printer and contain more toner.
Quality assurance and customer service lacking. This morning, opened one cartridge from it's original package, followed the steps on the instructions, and placed it in the printer and immediately received "Toner Low" alert. Opened a second cartridge that was purchased at the same time and the toner alarm was cleared. I placed the first cartridge back into the printer and the "Toner Low" alert returned. I am now faced with either dumping the printer for another brand or seeing (good money chasing bad) if the TN720 is of a better Two different cartridges have developed significant leaks along the edges with approximately 6 months of actual use on each (Figured the first was a fluke...turns out I was wrong). Trusted Brother product...wrong cartridge for my machine. IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH MFC: 8480DN Out of 87 dollars. Be very very careful to choose the right replacements, as seller is not always correct.
Toner streaking The toner started leaking and messed up the printer and the drum. Doubt if it is a genunie product or brother is not living up to its standard.
