Poor print quality Poor print quality. Acceptable at first but now 3 months later barely usable. Brother won't replace cuz it's out of the 90 day warranty from the manufacturer.
Pesimo empaque Lo recibí como se muestra, sin caja, sin sellos, en una bolsa mal empacado y sin ninguna seña del modelo. Tengo mis dudas si es original o pirata, por lo que lo pensaría mucho antes de volver a comprarlo. Cuidado! No lo devuelvo porque me ocasionaría mas problema.
Extremely poor quality This was purchased to replaced the original cartridge that came with the printer. Before replacement, the printer printed very clearly. The replacement cartridge has extremely poor quality and has rendered the printer useless.
I do not believe this is Brother toner Have bought this toner from the same seller multiple times. The last two times, the cartridges lacked the green handles and the toner did not seal to the paper, flaking easily off. Two separate printers, same Hammermill paper, bad results with both. I have seen this flaking with "alternative" toners, which is why I only use Brother toner. 8, 000 it is not. Got 4, ... 8,000 it is not. Got 4,473 pages from brand new cartridge last time. When it happened first time, I though I might have lost track of toner replacements, but it is evident this thing does not deliver on the promise now. Letter/A4 print on normal settings prints. Not worth the money to buy brand cartridge at this rate.
Three to Four Times the Cost of the Competiton! Brother toner is 3 to 4 times the price of competitors. Simply not worth it! And Brother printers give you no warning the toner is running low, which is awful to run out mid-print. A really lousy job on their part.
Not good! I would give this 1/2 star if I could, because this toner has caused my printer to make loud noise. I know this because I have 2 printers which are the same using the same toner and when I swapped it the printer no longer made noise. So I guess I can’t buy my toner from here anymore!

I'm finding it hard to believe this is actually a genuine Brother product. How can a small business go through a High yield toner in less than a month?!
Dark grey isn't the same as black!! I ordered this toner cartridge a couple months ago and it was stored in a cool, dry place. When my starter cartridge ran out I replaced it with this one. I have only printed 515 pages so far and the print is a dark grey now, not black. When I first put it in, it was great! That only lasted a day or two. I purchased this cartridge because I thought it would be as good or better than the one that came with the printer but I was wrong.
