Bad batch of toners? I want to start with some good things - I've been using Brother products for several years. They are BY FAR the best printers I've used for my business needs. Typically, the print quality is excellent and I actually recommend them to many of our clients. The printers as amazing and super fast! I love using their products and I hope to continue to be a customer of theirs. However... The past couple of orders of our toner we have gotten from this have been.. just awful. The toner powder gets everywhere (th... read more

Cartridge leaked toner! Had this cartridge as a backup for about 6 months. Shortly after installing, started getting specs on the paper. Blowing off the cartridge eliminates this for several days, but then starts again. Obviously somewhere the toner is leaking out of the cartridge. Will have to replace it after very little use. do not buy this.

Defective This is my second toner purchase of the "Brother TN-850 DCP-L5500 L5600 L5650 HL-L5000D L5100 L5200 L5200 Toner Cartridge (Black) in Retail Packaging". The first one was perfect. When I got the initial warning I was running low on the first purchase I purchased another one and oddly enough that first cartridge, though it said it was low lasted us almost a year after the warning so my second toner cartridge sat in the supply closet. I put this second purchase into my printer and now it is printing with a dusting of ... read more

toner is leaking in printer I purchase the Brother brand rather than a substitute brand for the quality of the toner. Unfortunately, the one I purchased must have had a slow leak; now it has completely leaked. The inside of my printer has to be cleaned. This toner is very expensive and I have had to dispose of it (recyling). Very disappointing.

WORST PRINTER TONER EVER I bought this toner to replace an empty one. My prints are inferior and it leaves ghost images. I think the one they sent us was a knock off.

Garbage cartridge I agree 100% with Darci Jett comment. This cartridge that I bought from office depot is junk. Just spent over an hour on brother chat and they wanted my receipt before taking it back. I said I still have the box cause I have had problems from new. They said sorry Charlie, only customers with a receipt get a return. I won't buy another brother cartridge or printer. This is not the quality of previous printer. Period.

Cartridge Unusable After 6 Weeks / Poor Print Quality Shortly after installing this cartridge all prints/copies began coming out with a dark black line in the middle of the document. Though there was plenty of toner left in the cartridge, it was unusable because of the print quality. Once replaced with a new cartridge, the issue immediately went away.

Cartridge leaked and producer streaked copies The Brother HL-L6200DW printer was new and I bought the cartridge to go with it. After a short time the printer started streaking the copies printed. Eventually I had to abandon the use of the printer and hope that a new cartridge will remedy the problem.
