Terrible customer service terrible
Cartridge faulty The brand new cartridge continues to have problems with dark toner smears, only for the first few pages of print and then it seems to clear up. The next time I use the printer it does the same thing, becomes frustrating having to reprint pages so they look half decent. This apparently was an OEM cartridge as well.

Horrible print quality Print quality was horrible - made dirty pages - hardly used at all. Had to purchase a replacement. Can I return the bad one which was barely used?
Leaks everywhere I'm not sure what happened with this toner, but I've got toner clump spots all over my printed documents and it's leaking everywhere inside the machine making a very big mess. I'm so disappointed with this purchase. I have never have had this happen with a genuine brother product, only when I purchased the other so called "compatible" toners. I will not be purchasing through this seller again.
This cartrige is not compatible with my printer. What am I missing? We bought this toner cartridge because Amazon told me that it was compatible with our Brother MFC-L5900DW. I must be missing something because it is not.
Leaks There is black ink/ powder that leeks out of the toner
Defective product The brother OEM TN-850 toner cartridge MTSJ16B002042AD003H8 purchased through Amazon.com left a grey shadow across the entire page and I had to spend another $100 to replace it plus the cost of a DR820 drum I didn't need. Brother technical support quality has declined right along with their product quality and warranty terms over the past 10 years. It's a terrible toner! LEAKS every time and every where! USELESS! The toner we recently bought from you leaks every time we print out. There are scatters of black ink which make the print-out look dirty. Please see attached photo. USELESS! We need do exchange!
