I placed an order on Aug. 15th. The next morning Aug. 16th I TRIED cancel the order. You seem unable to stop an order even within 24 hours and even when the order has shipped. I "refused" the UPS package online. It was returned to you. A dozen emails later here we are a month later... still no refund. AutoZone, Amazon, eBay… are a bit easier to work with. Okay, not a bit easier. 1000% easier.
Poor communication. Didn't inform me that items are ON back order when I placed order.
I had a multi item order. one of the item was the wrong one. Followed your return procedures and yet to receive my refund. Its been over two weeks. Call customer service to inquire and received a very rude rep.
Sent me the wrong part. And then never got a return shipping label
I was very disappointed to receive an inexpensive part from the website that did not match the description on the website. When I emailed to let them know that I did not receive the correct part, and wanted to receive the correct part they asked for pictures of what I received. After sending pictures of the item and explanation that it did not match the description on the website, they issued me an RMA after going through all the red tape that is required to get refund. Competitive prices are an understatement, I bought two 350 billet emblems for less then the price of one, on that other corvette website & they were in stock !!!, not that back order crap...
A little customer service, and standing behind your quality would have gone a long way,...instead I had to dispute the charge with AMEX to get resolution, I won’t be doing business with any of your companies again any time soon,...
Do your self a favor & purchase aftermarket corvette parts from another website.. Corvette Mods has the worst customer service of any of the other corvette sites I have ordered from!!
